Almost Fully-Funded

Here is a quick note about Cali.

We are more than excited to know that God has moved Cali's heart to take her first mission trip - without us. . She is going with the University of Mississippi chapter of CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) to the Dominican Republic. She will take the message of Christ and will work on a clean water project. Please click the box below to see her letter to you.

Reaching Thailand for Christ!

In a country with less than 2% Christians, we must take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Thailand. Begin today praying for the people of Thailand and for how God may use you and your congregation to contribute through prayer, going on mission, and giving of your resources. Please prayerfully consider supporting the Orman family in their work with the people of Thailand through Calvary Baptist International Church.

Why Missionaries Need Church Partnership

Why are
Sending
Organizations
Important?

For many churches it is impossible to send a missionary well. Sending Organizations allow churches a place to cooperate with other people, organizations, and churches to give to the mission together. This takes the responsibility and pressure of one church to fully support a missionary away and lets them be part of team that supports a single missionary. A sending organization creates accountability for financial decision regarding donor funds. All expenses must be submitted, making it easy to see where the money is being spent. Administration headaches are alleviated because the church does not have to process the donations and does not have to provide ways to print documents, newsletters, or distribute information. A good sending organization also offers missionary care. When a small church is unable to keep in contact well, the sending organization can be a point of contact for both the church and the missionary, ensuring the missionaries emotional needs are being met and the church is well informed of the missionaries needs.
